A chi serve il tuo sito internet?

“A chi serve il tuo sito internet?” è una domanda cui si può rispondere in due modi:

  1. al target di utenti che corrisponde alla clientela acquisita e potenziale dell’azienda
  2. a coloro che accedono, visitano e usano effettivamente il sito

Se gli utenti della risposta 1 sono gli stessi della risposta 2, il sito sta raggiungendo il suo scopo.
Se invece si tratta di due gruppi di utenti che si intersecano solo in piccola parte, allora qualcosa non sta funzionando: il sito attira i visitatori “sbagliati” e la sua presenza è un costo senza essere un valore aggiunto.
